wow, Hum CPR goes for the County's throat, even thought they ARE the County now. Can't wait for the Public Record Act requests on Ulansey, Morris, and Bongio, That'll be interesting.
How about every place on South Broadway that is vacant? That would be a major improvement, could even make room for a safe bike lane and sidewalk. Couple of street trees, even. Never have gotten used to what a horrible face Eureka presents to visitors from the south.
one of the most memorable Eureka city council meetings ever featured a preacher wearing a Hawaiian-style shirt with American flags who belted out God Bless America to the tune from a little portable stereo...I was dumbfounded that this would go on at a public meeting. What a circus!
I would like to invite the Loleta Bakery to move to McKinleyville! Pleeeeeze? Over 10,000 residents plus Trinidad/Westhaven passers-through!

The same 3 Supervisors who can't make decisions on the 13 year old General Plan Update process because it's too complicated want to start a new planning process over something that is governed by an entirely different set of elected officials.
This makes absolutely no sense. The Board of Supervisors might as well be on the moon. How do they expect to be taken seriously?
