Sounds like fun... Bonn Voyage!
"And just recently a woman was quoted in the newspaper as complaining that it will now cost her $174 to water her garden." On Tuesday this woman stood before the City Council and said that she had made a mistake about what the cost of her new water bill would be. I believe it was 50% lower than she had calculated.
"And she's right: The stats are intimidating (if debatable). Real estate research site neighborhoodscout.com, for example, ranks the city a two on a crime scale of one to 100, meaning it's safer than only two percent of cities in the U.S." Actually I read those stats and that page showed Death Valley CA as being the #1 safe city. Which makes sense because most people go there 12 weeks out of the year and oh yeah it's a National Park.
Rhubarb is a fight at the ballgame.
Shouldn't the community be able to enjoy the town square? It seems that the grass is more important than the people who want to use the square as a gathering place.
