Re: “Poets on the Plaza

It needs to be pointed out that the rent for Poetry on the Plaza is gratis (free). It is meant to serve to Poetry community in our lives. Unfortunately , we have the same MC of the event after 12 long years, without any change , or dialogue. The show is advertized heavily, and is not sustained by its own merit. The MC needs to be turned over to different talent from time to time . Thiis change is long overdue !

Re: “Weott VFD Spaghetti Feed

Come Hungry, and the choice of Meat or Veggie Spaghetti Sauces on your pasta along with garlic bread and salad might be enough. If not, the fresh baked local desert bar should top it off.

Re: “Volunteer Orientation

I have lots of time and I would really, really want to help doing anything I can to help others who need me helping hands. I will be at the meeting Monday 2:30. I am also starting my garden which I truly hope I'm bless to share with all who enjoy a variety of organic, no seed treatment, no gmo just a lot of singing, talking and caring love they grow plentiful and we have fresh veggie, fruit, herbs and bouquets of flowers for all!
Looking forward to Monday, I'm sure hoping you have a job for me!

Just received a flier for this at my store and the flier says that the cost is $10.00, not $5.00. Might want to check that Journal.

Re: “Bye Bye Birdie

This talented group of EHS students has done a wonderful job of presenting the play "Bye Bye Birdie". Director Nanette Voss should be very proud of her hardworking, dedicated students. Job well done all around.
