I'm not sure how Arkley (and his minion, Tyson) reckon that a coal train well over a mile long could slowly pull into Samoa with its filthy, dusty load without causing major problems (bisecting traffic, etc) in the communities it rolls through. But they are trying to pave the way, claiming that "lumber" would be the main item for transport.

It is coal they are hoping to hall. It is coal where the money is. Just Google west coast coal port. The coal heading from Wyoming to China has to get on a ship somewhere. No one else wants it passing through their communities.

If any media source in this county dared to bleat more than 750 words on this subject they would have to conclude that an economic feasibility study is far more fundamental, relevant and far cheaper...
