Does anyone remember the station wagon seen in Arcata and Eureka a few years back that had the plastic dinosaurs glued all over the car? It was somewhat artistic and creative. Whimsical. There is a book store in Old Town Eureka that has an impressive collection of old salt & pepper shakers in the window.
Might want to check out two historical collectors exhibitors: Arman http://www.armanstudio.com/

Spoke to me of a long ago summer camping trip with a long dead friend. Thanks.

According to the Humboldt County Trends Report, we are among the least healthy people in the state and nation with statistics 2 and 3 times worse. Alcohol/drug overdose is our leading cause of unintentional death.

I love your Poem! You're able to see the Life Cycle as well, so that means we are Kindred Spirits. Now, is the time, " We Kindred Spirits are to gather together as we may. I see on the near Horizon the Dawn of a New Day. Here is a short piece I wrote some time ago and it seems to accompany your piece, "Paying It Forward/Fall Day," quite well. What do you think?
The rush of wind oer’ pine bough
The soft hiss, and now the low distant muffled roar
Echoed by the gentle howl of wind-swept Oak branch
Makes your spirit soar
