Not So Messy

Slowly pour egg and beet mixture into skillet.

Cook on low until eggs are set and the bottom is golden.

Flip or place skillet under broiler to finish cooking.

Remove skillet from oven, slide frittata onto serving plate

Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy.

I’m making this again right now for a famil who just had a baby. So easy! So Delicious! I add shaved Parmesan on top. Yum.
