CIRCUS ARTS CAMP AT THE ARCATA PLAYHOUSE. Springbreak Mon. April 5-Fri. April 9, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the Arcata Playhouse will spill over with all things circus. Sarah Foster of Portland's Nomadic Theater returns with her stilts, diabolos, juggling balls and clown noses for a week of madcap fun at the Arcata Playhouse.
