Willy Porter brings his dynamic solo acoustic guitar wizardry and his rootsy vocals to the Arcata Playhouse for an evening of music along with Los Angeles all female band Raining Jane. Porter wowed audiences when he performed in Ferndale at the Lost Coast music series a few years ago. Raining Jane is an eclectic rock-folk band based in Los Angeles but on the road more often than not. Forming in 1999 out of the UCLA music community, Raining Jane was able to quit their day jobs in 2004 to pursue music full-time.
