Veteran's Day reception for Annie Reid's drawings in remembrance and honor of those affected by war.
When my Father returned from War... He slept with a loaded gun under his pillow. He practiced target shooting in our playroom. He kept a large knife hidden under the seat of our car. If someone came to the door, he stood in the hall with his gun drawn. I don't know if he ever felt safe.
