V-Week Embroidery/Quilting Workshop
What:
Embroidery/Quilting Workshop, Sunday the 7th, 2-6 p.m. Our quilter, Gazella Wike will give a workshop on embroidery. Participants will learn to hand sew a pillow with focus on various embroidery stitches and information about design, techniques, and materials. The first two hours are instructional; the second two is optional work time. Workshop held at Six Rivers Planned Parenthood, 3225 Timber Fall Court, Eureka. Participants should bring 5 of their favorite color of embroidery floss and can register by calling Gazella at 707-268-8056. $5 suggested donation, though no one will be turned away for lack of money or floss.
