Is Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District’s water system sustainable? Is California’s water use sustainable?These questions will be answered by Aldaron Laird, director and vice president of the Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District, as well as the North Coast’s representative on the state board of the Association of California Water Agencies. Laird’s presentation, a part of the Sustainable Futures Speaker Series, will take place Oct. 7 at 5:30 p.m. in BSS 166 on the HSU campus.
