Storytelling Festival by the Sea

What:

 The North Coast Storytellers invite folks young and old to the 12th Annual Storytelling Festival by the Sea, Friday Sept. 9, 6.15- 10.15p.m. and All Day Saturday and Saturday Evening, 10.30a.m.- 9.15p.m. at Trinidad Town Hall, Trinity St., in Trinidad.
 The Festival features Master Storyteller MaryGay Ducey whose performances of contemporary and traditional tales have been described as full of wit, wisdom and humor. The North Coast Storytellers will spin tales of enchantment and tell a wonderful variety of stories. The California Indian stage is a special program on Saturday at 4 p.m.
 The Festival offers a special event, a Workshop with Master Storyteller MaryGay Ducey. Risk and Roses: Stories in Service to Social Change explores stories that help give voice to our principles and our values.
