The public is invited to attend the “Symposium on Invasive Spartina densiflora Control and Native Salt Marsh Restoration” on Tuesday, June 29 and Wednesday, June 30 at the Wharfinger Building in Eureka, CA. Presented by the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Humboldt Bay Harbor Recreation and Conservation District, California Coastal Conservancy, City of Eureka and Friends of the Dunes, the symposium offers field trips to local marshes on Tuesday and presentations by local, state and international speakers on Wednesday.
