What:
The Ferndale Dance Academy makes their debut at the Arkley with South Side, an original story written by director, Laura East, that incorporates themes from classics such as West Side Story. Set in the inner city of Philadelphia in the 1980’s, the story follows two rival crews as tensions mount between them and climaxes in an explosive ending. The production includes nearly 100 young dancers. It is narrated by the students and features sound design by Michael East.
