Sierra Club Redwood Creek Hike

On Sunday, Oct. 3, North Group Sierra Club is sponsoring a free public hike to Redwood Creek Levee, Redwood National Park. This 8-mile, medium-difficulty hike stretches from Orick to ocean along levee, then north along beach toward Mussel Point. Meet 11 a.m. on Hwy 101 bridge over Redwood Creek or unofficial carpool 10 a.m. in McKinleyville Safeway parking lot. Bring water & lunch. Fit, well-socialized dogs with leash and water welcome.
