The theme of the Humboldt County Library Share a Story programs in December is “Penguins on Parade.” This program is co-sponsored by KEET TV’s Ready to Learn Service and includes a video clip, stories, puppets, activities and crafts. Each participating family will also receive a free copy of the featured book, which is Penguins, Penguins, Everywhere by Bob Barner.
