Fisheries biologist Patrick Higgins presents on the Environmental Impact Report for the
Shasta and Scott Rivers Coho take permit for agriculture, for which comments
are due December 10. HSU professsor Robert Van Kirk discusses Klamath
water supply and use in an era of global warming. The public is invited to
attend at no charge; refreshments will be served. This event is underwritten
