Richard Hayes Phillips and David Cobb will be speaking about ballot irregularities in Ohio in the 2004 presidential election, with hopes for a clean election in 2008. Phillips is author of "Witness to a Crime: A Citizens' Audit of an American Election." The legal statistician is investigating ballot irregularities in Ohio in the 2004 presidential election. Cobb is 2004's Green Party presidential candidate, who spearheaded the call for the recount in Ohio. Phillips' work has been relied upon by John Conyers in challenging the Ohio electors, by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in writing his article for Rolling Stone, and by Judge Algenon Marbley in issuing his court order protecting the Ohio ballots from destruction. Kennedy has called the evidence "irrefutable."
