Connie Stewart and Sean McLaughlin will address issues regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ( ARRA): public agency use verses public access interests; ownership / operations of any resulting
network; expensive solution with long term viability verses relatively short term use of a Plan B solution/proposal; and desire/need for anchor tenents. They will also discuss the status and rules for obtaining the actual AARA funds.
