Persons of all political persuasions are cordially invited to attend a reception for Loren Hanks, candidate for Representative of the First Congressional District. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 9 in the lobby of the Eureka Inn from 4 to 5:30 p.m.The event, jointly sponsored by Humboldt County’s Republican Party Central Committee and Humboldt Republican Women Federated, affords voters an opportunity to learn about Hanks’ positions on multiple issues and to ask questions.Wine, non-alcoholic beverages and Hors D’ Oeuvres will be served..
