Discuss a wide variety of food preservation methods and participate in a hands-on canning demonstration with Fawn Scheer. Topics will range from the technical to the inspirational. Bring a pint-sized mason jar. Pre-registration is required; attendance will be capped at 15 participants. Sliding scale donation of $10-$20 is requested.
