Community Calendar Information: Redwood Writing Project and Humboldt State University will be holding a writing conference titled “Power Up Your Writing Curriculum” on Saturday March 13, 2010, from 8:30am to 3:30pm in Founder’s Hall. This event is open to kindergarten through college educators featuring workshops related to helping teachers power up their writing curriculum. Workshops will be facilitated by teachers in the spirit of the Writing Project’s belief that teachers are the best at teaching their craft. Several sessions will be offered to interest the multiple levels of participants. Conference fee is $40.00.
