Mountain Bike Guide Training: Mountain Bike Guide Training is a two day, comprehensive, sessionthat endows the participant with the skills, knowledge, and confidence necessary to share the excitementof Mountain Biking with others. Mountain Biking is a rapidly growing industry, with many ridingdestinations emerging nationally and internationally. The skills acquired in this training are a perfectfoundation for those interested in working in any area of this adventure industry or wishing to pursueguiding in one of many popular biking destinations. This training gives a mechanical understanding ofthe bicycle, outlines accident response procedures, discusses group dynamics and trail etiquette, as wellas offers an understanding of trail types and what riding is suited for various skill levels. Thisinformation gives participants the tools to assess other riders and supportively help riders progress intheir abilities and appreciation of Mountain Biking.
