Marcy Burstiner, assistant professor of journalism at Humboldt State, author of a textbook on investigative reporting, and “Media Maven” columnist for the North Coast Journal, will speak about “News Organizations and an Informed Citizenry: a Co-Dependent Relationship” at the Mensa Forum on Saturday July 25 from noon to 1:30 at the Samoa Cookhouse.
