“The Alternative Press and Why It Matters More Than Ever” will be the topic for the North Coast Mensa Forum on Saturday (March 27). Hank Sims, editor of the North Coast Journal, will be the featured speaker. Sims, with 15 years of alternative newspaper experience, has been the Journal editor for the past five. He has a master’s degree in journalism from UC-Berkeley.
