Menopause Workshop
What:
Hormones, sex, relationships, empty nests, osteoporosis, nutrition, and vitamins! Menopause is the prime time to evaluate your personal health and to make a plan to be your best throughout your life. This three session course will enrich you with valuable information, a delightful theater piece on aging, and exercise and fitness tips. We will learn from each other by sharing challenges and successes.
Led by Debbie Hatch, Nurse Practitioner at Six Rivers Planned Parenthood, Kim Ervin, MD of Northcoast Women’s Health, actress Lynne Wells, and fitness instructor Susan Jansson.
