The Marine Life Protection Act (MLPA) requires the state to examine and redesign California’s system of marine protected areas with public input. The open houses will introduce people to the MLPA Initiative and its north coast project (California/Oregon border to Alder Creek near Point Arena in Mendocino County), invite questions, and solicit input on the process.
All are welcome to attend anytime from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
