Make Your Event Media Friendly

What:

This 2-hour workshop will provide you with the information you need to maximize the effectiveness of your video productions. Whether you’re hiring a professional vidographer in the community or attempting to do an in-house production, understanding some very basic dos and don’ts can make a huge difference in the success of your final product.

Learn the best ways to set up your room before the event, what your videographer will need to produce a good video, best speaker placement, understand lighting, ways to deal with Power Point presentations, audio issues, and even what not to wear.

With a little bit of informed planning up front, your media will keep the attention of viewers!

If you’re a local videographer or event planner just starting out, this workshop just might save you a lot of pain.

This Class will be taught be Eileen McGee, a local digital media educator and producer.

Open to the public. Recommended for nonprofits.
