Lighting Basics for Videographers
What:
Two hour workshop. Learn how to create different moods with light, lighting for interviews, balancing forgrounds to backgrounds. Understand the different color temperatures - Daylight to Tungsten and choices of lights.and how to use of different gear like China balls, Chimeras and hard lights to create different effects and looks.
This workshop will be taught by Landy Hardy, a Sacramento-San Francisco based cinematographer. Landy graduated CSUS media studies mid 70s, and started as a documentary cameraman and director for Public Television to 1980. He has been in the digital media production field ever since and produced numerous pieces.
