Democracy Unlimited of Humboldt County (DUHC) responds to a pending Supreme Court case Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission with the launch of a local and national effort, “The Campaign to Legalize Democracy,” to amend the US Constitution to abolish the doctrine of Corporate Personhood. In town to kick-off the local endeavor are conscious hiphop groups “Prayers for Atheists” out of Providence, RI and “Aquifer” out of Sacramento.
