Intergenerational Tea Time
What:
On Sunday May 16th, students from South Fork High School will be hosting an Intergenerational Tea Time to promote understanding and cooperation between the generations. The students will lead games and activities developed to foster understanding, communication, and empathy between people of all ages. The event is sponsored by StraightUp AmeriCorps, Youth Alive, and the Mateel Community Center. We will open the doors at 3:00 and close them at 6:00. There will be tea, scones and other snacks. Donations will be accepted for Youth Alive, but are not required, all ages are welcome. Please join us at the Redway School Gym for this community event.
