Humboldt Orchid Society’s Annual Spring Show
What:
The Humboldt Orchid Society will be hosting the Annual Spring Orchid Show May,2009 at the Humboldt Aquatic Center (adjacent to the Adorni Center) at 921 Waterfront Drive in Eureka.
The event is open to the public with a $2.00 donation requested.
The show will include workshops with the emphasis on the club members large display of blooming orchids. Bring your camera! There will also be a raffle of locally donated items and orchids and you need not be present to win.
There will be a repotting table with the Plant Doctors for a minimal fee. The Plant Doctors will be able to answer questions, give growing advice and diagnose whatever ails your orchids. Orchid enthusiasts may purchase orchids from local orchid growers and get more information about the society from the members.
