The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program is looking for
interested people who would like to be trained as a Volunteer HICAP Counselor.
HICAP is a program of the Area 1 Agency on Aging and offers free Medicare
counseling in Humboldt and Del Norte counties. Volunteers are also needed in
rural areas. There will be an information meeting on Tuesday, February 9 at 4:00
at 434 7th Street, Eureka and on Thursday, February 11 at 2:00 at 550 E.
