The AmeriCorp Watershed Stewards Project (WSP) in collaboration with the Humboldt County Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking community members to help in the efforts of removing invasive plants at the Gray Brook Ranch Wetland Enhancement Project in Hydesville, Humboldt County on June 20th from 9am to 1pm. The project day is one of many stages in the process of rehabilitating the wetland. The wetland is home to many migratory birds and amphibians. Breakfast and lunch is provided. Bring water, gloves and outdoor work clothes. Come help and to learn about wetland ecosystems.
