Between the Folds ~
By Vanessa Gould
Between the Folds chronicles the stories of ten fine artists and intrepid theoretical scientists who have abandoned careers and scoffed at hard-earned graduate degrees to instead forge un-conventional lives as modern-day paperfolders.
First Thursday Film Night, as part of larger project, ITVS COMMUNITY CINEMA, is a monthly screening series showcasing the Emmy Award-winning PBS series Independent Lens. Presented in partnership with KEET TV, the Morris Graves Museum of Art and Humboldt State University, ITVS COMMUNITY CINEMA aims to build connections among diverse communities, public television stations and leading community organizations working on a range of important social issues.
