What:
The North Coast Repertory Theatre announces open auditions for Othello by William Shakespeare, directed by David Hamilton. There are roles for 12 men (ages 16-80) and 5 women (ages 18 - 45.) Stage combat experience and/or tumbling skills are a plus. Please come prepared to read from the script. Monologues are appreciated but not required. The role of Othello has been pre-cast but people of all ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to audition. Auditions will take place Saturday, November 6 at 4pm and Sunday, November 7 at 6pm at NCRT, 300 Fifth Street in Eureka. Production dates are April 7 through April 30, 2011.
