The Eureka Mindfulness group offers mindfulness (insight or “vipassana”) meditation and discussion, led by Dr. Cindee Grace, naturopath. All faiths and beginners are welcome.
Meetings are smoke-free and fragrance-free. No perfume or hairspray is allowed. Our location is wheelchair-accessible (less than 27 inches wide). Meetings are in the sanctuary of the First Christian Church, 730 K Street (7th and K) in Eureka. Use the ramp entrance on K Street.
