Come join your fellow retailers for a social media workshop presented by Arcata Main Street and SBDC! Led by Bob Morse, owner of Morse Media. Bob has over 18 years in technology experience and has a specialty in social networking. This workshop will train you to utilize the new media marketing tools which will benefit your customer and public relation efforts.
Everywhere you turn, you hear about social media tools like Facebook and Twitter. What are these things, and how could they help your business? The short, geeky answer is that social media are defined by user-generated content, easily shared, that result in conversations not just one-way communication.
