Six Rivers Planned Parenthood’s Advocates for Choice present, Choose Love at Redwood Raks in Arcata, Friday November 12th from 6-9 p.m. Choose Love is a one night Multimedia art show dedicated to honoring and celebrating love in its many forms. The event will feature an open mic for community performers; including Vanessa Pike-Vrtiak from A Reason to Listen, Miss Gina, the Chamber Readers and more starting at 7 pm, a cozy lounge space, wine and of course lots of beautiful art. There will be a Silent Auction and a Dutch Raffle for art pieces, with all proceeds going to support Six Rivers Planned Parenthood. Come feel the love for a $5 suggested donation at the door.
Six Rivers Planned Parenthood, is a local non-profit organization that provides a full range of high-quality reproductive health care services for women, men and teens at low or no cost. They serve over 9,000 patients each year. Planned Parenthood is also committed to providing medically accurate, comprehensive sexuality education to students and adults on the Northcoast.
