The Great American Tea Party is a time capsule performance of the last two years in American government, culture and lifestyle. This all-original comedy, developed by graduates of Dell’Arte International, summarizes the undeniable and sweeping consequences of our seemingly endless nationwide recession. young and old, conservative and liberal, politico and apathetic alike will welcome this opportunity to laugh at the stories and personalities that have come to dominate headlines between elections.
Join this nonpartisan, politically incorrect group of old time tea baggers at the Arcata Playhouse for an exotic evening of song and dance, comic frivolity, political satire, and all-American debauchery!
Appropriate for ages 13 and up. Halloween weekend Friday, October 29th through Sunday, October 31st.
