Easter Egg Hunt
What:
Easter Bunny is hopping into Fortuna’s Rohner Park Saturday April 3rd and will leave behind hundreds of colored eggs for kids to find. Hidden among the colored eggs are 65 plastic eggs that announce “You’ve won an Easter Basket!” to the lucky kids who find them.
The Easter Egg Hunt will start at 10:00 am sharp on Saturday, April 3rd at Rohner Park, so come early! Children and their parents from Fortuna and the Eel River Valley are welcome to attend. Hunts are held in four different age groups ranging 0-3, 4-7, and 8-11 years old. Although not everyone can win an Easter basket as a prize, all kids will receive 10 free tickets to use at the Spring Fling Carnival. Immediately following the Easter Egg Hunt, families can head to Downtown Fortuna to use their free tickets at the school style carnival to win prizes, and see the attractions.
The annual Easter Egg Hunt & Basket Giveaway is made possible thanks in large part to the Fortuna Lions Club and the Downtown Business Association. Special thanks go out to all of the Downtown businesses who sponsored an Easter Basket to give away!
