CR Welcome Week

What:

College of the Redwoods will be hosting a Welcome Week to welcome students to the campus and area Aug. 29 - Sept. 1.  The event is sponsored by the Associated Students of College of the Redwoods (ASCR) and the Campus Life Department, and will take place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each day at the CR Cafeteria/Gazebo area.

There will be abarbeque,  music, rock wall climbing and informational tables with local guest agencies to welcome and inform students of local businesses, organizations and other services available to them in the CR Community.

CR will have student clubs and organizations and many local businesses, including: Planned Parenthood, Costco, U.S. Cellular, Verizon, Coast Central, Target, Express Personnel, Sequoia Personnel, Wells Fargo, Health Sport, Eureka Natural Foods, the North Coast Co-op, Cyber City  and Provent Credit Union available to offer information, samples, gift certificates, discounts and information regarding their business/organization.
