Court Appointed Special Advocate Training

Train to be a Court-Appointed Special Advocate. CASA of Humboldt is recruiting volunteers to advocate for children in foster care throughout Humboldt county. Sign up for the summer advocacy training class being held from July 11-15, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. CASA volunteers are the eyes and ears for the judge and a voice for a child in court. Volunteers can make a difference for these abused and neglected children with just a few hours of time each week.
