Chris and Claire, Shook Twins, Laura Imhoff (folk)

What:

Local duo Chris & Claire (Chris Parreira & Claire Hashem-Hanlon) play a blend of folk, pop and bluegrass that falls somewhere between The Weepies and Gillian Welch/Dave Rawlings.

The Shook Twins (Portland, OR). Organic progressive folk, guitar, banjo, beatboxing, looping and chilling harmonies.

Laura Lee Imhoff (Austin, TX) - A lively and dynamic performer, Laura Lee Imhoff serenades the audience with her sexy, sultry voice; roping them in with heartfelt, storytelling lyrics of broken hearts, new loves and old loves. Her percussive guitar playing is similar to that of Ani DiFranco, but she blends it with an honest, original voice that some people might put somewhere between Norah Jones and Regina Spector.
