The Kneeland Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce its 3rd
Annual Chili Cook Off on Saturday, May 21nd. The event starts at 3:00
pm and goes until 6:00 pm. Be the judge or be judged! A People’s
Choice event featuring special guest judges.
Do you have a great chili recipe? Want to be challenged? Come and
enjoy good food, a raffle and the good company of Kneeland.
This year’s event will be held at the Humboldt County Peace Officers
Association building at 2351 Freshwater Road, in Freshwater located
between Eureka and Arcata.
Entry forms and rules can be obtained at the following places: 3
Corners Market, Kneeland Post Office, Kneeland School and Six Rivers
Optical.
With your help and support this event will benefit the Fire House Trust Fund.
$15 for adult, $10 for senior, Kids Free.
Dinner includes chili, salad, cornbread, a drink and dessert. Beer
and wine will be sold separately.
