Big D and the Kids Table frontman David McWane has said, “There are people who want to be in a band and then there are musicians.” However once in while a group come along who decide to make music simply because they have no other choice—and those are the acts who tend to stick around. For the past fourteen years Big D And The Kids Table have proven that regardless of fame or poverty they will forever be addicted musicians—and their latest full-length Fluent In Stroll is the apex of their decade-and-a-half long career.

Sonic Boom Six are part of Manchester’s dynamic musical landscape and the most compelling soundclash to rise from the underground for years. Few bands can so smoothly mix dancefloor-savvy elements of reggae, jungle and ska with the rigorous commentary of hip-hop whilst retaining enough grit and aggression to be an active fixture of the UK’s punk scene. A true product of their environment - the sound of a thousand city-centre clubnights and student party mash-ups invigorate the righteous fury of distorted guitars and dubby grooves – SB6 create a sound as authentic as it is unique. Looking as at home on a festival stage as they are playing at a warehouse party, the band are retaining their grassroots ideation and positive, unifying message as their music steadily permeates a wider international audience

Killbot Factory of Arcata are a new ska band of robots, armed and extremely dangerous, so take care when approaching. The only things that killbots enjoy are killing and kittens. Beware the killbot’s horn section and pogo-dancing skills.
