Audubon Potawot Field Trip
What:
On Sunday, Jan. 15, Redwood Region Audubon Society is sponsoring a free public field trip through the Potawot Health Village. Join leader Mark Morrissette (707-441-1917) for this half-day trip. Bird trails that wind through the integrated landscape that surrounds the clinic. View wildlife using the Ku’ wah-dahwilth Restoration Area, organic permaculture garden, and stormwater system that maintains wetlands on the conservation easement. Meet at 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot at the end of Weott Way in Arcata (off Janes Road opposite Ernest Way).
