Arcata Theatre Lounge to host “Hesh Law” video premiere for Arcata skatepark benefit

Arcata, Calif. October 25, 2009 — The Humboldt skateboarding community along with local businesses are coming together on Friday, November 6th at the Arcata Theatre Lounge for the video premiere of “Hesh Law” —a professional skateboarding video by Creature Skateboards. The doors will open at 6pm and the video begins at 7. Awesome instrumental metal band “Fall the Giants” will play at 10pm. Tickets are available at the ATL door for $6.

This event will assist the fund raising effort to enhance and modernize our skatepark. Working through local businesses like AMPT skateboard shop, Greenhouse board shop and Central Skates, as well as the City of Arcata’s Parks and Recreation department we have organized similar events in the past to raise awareness, political support and funds for the skatepark.
