December 5th at 6P in conjunction with Eureka Arts Alive, the night will begin at the Gazebo in Old Town with Eureka Mayor Virginia Bass reading the Declaration of Human Rights, followed by a candlelight and flashlight vigil through Old Town in remembrance of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and the 60th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Human Rights, ending up at the “old” North Soles Shoes next to Restoration Hardware - participants will have the opportunity to view the Annie Lebowitz photo’s and be entertained by Planned Parenthood’s “Spare Change” group.
