Center. The Emma Center is a local nonprofit center
for women survivors of child abuse, domestic violence,
and other trauma. You can support the Emma Center by
participating in the Synergy Fair raffle.
Synergy Fair is a unique healing and arts fair that
brings together nearly fifty local healers and
businesses to share their work with the community.
Healing art practitioners show hands-on what they
offer. Healing sessions available including: massage,
reiki, ayurveda, tarot, astrology, detox treatments
and much more.
Synergy fair is offering classes and workshops in
Astrology, Crystal Healing, Dream Interpretation, and more! Each day at the fair
we offer free meditation and yoga for adults and kids.

Check it: If you aren’t down with hippie and touchy-feely types, then you probably want to skip this weekend’s Fourth Annual Synergy Fair. If you don’t see the value of having crystals strategically placed throughout your household, then maybe you should avoid the gathering in Arcata on Saturday and Sunday. If you think Ayurvedic medicine and detox treatments are for nut-jobs and that astrology readings and dream interpretations are for those refusing to face reality, then you might just want to stay at home and brood while more enlightened folk gather to celebrate healing and arts. Hey. Maybe “synergy” — the term used to describe a situation where the final outcome of a system is greater than the sum of its parts — is just not your bag.
Holistic haters, did you ever even for one second consider that it may be in the cards for you to shed your bitter and doubting skin to bathe in the light of healing goodness? This weekend the universe is giving you a chance. Nearly 50 local healers and businesses are coming together to help you heal and spiritually journey. Please, for the greater good, take advantage of healing sessions (massage, tarot and the like) and classes and workshops (don’t you want to learn the art of healing with crystals?). Get some of your holiday shopping taken care of since a beautiful selection of gems and minerals, jewelry, organic clothing, pottery, art and herbal products are offered up by a variety of vendors.
